Journey Into Summer: An Inclusive Program for Fun, Growth, and Discovery!

Join us for a summer of fun, learning, and inclusion at Journey Into Summer! Our camp is designed for children of all abilities to explore, create, and grow in a supportive, engaging environment. Through hands-on activities, social connections, and immersive experiences, we bring the spirit of Journey Inclusion Academy to life—where every child is valued, empowered, and inspired to grow!

Summer Camp Overview

  • Journey Inclusion Academy is 501(c)(3) non-profit. Final tuition projections are dependent on grant approvals, scholarship availability, and community donations.

    Hours

    • Core: 8:30am-3:30pm

    • Extended: 7:30-5:30 optional

    Tuition

    • $550/week full day

    • +$150/week extended care

    • Field trips extra ($20-50)

  • Each day starts with a group check-in, mindfulness activities, and discussions on emotional regulation, communication, and teamwork.

  • Engaging literacy, numeracy, and science activities designed to maintain and build skills in hands-on, inclusive environment.

  • Regular outdoor time will be a core part of our program, with frequent nature-based outings where campers can explore the environment, build nature concepts, and stay active through movement and play. We will also aim to include field trips to local nature spots to deepen these experiences.

  • Cooking lessons, gardening, cleaning, and real-world skills to help children build autonomy and confidence in daily tasks.

  • Exploration of self-expression through music, visual arts, drama, and movement activities.

  • Hands-on activities, including science experiments to foster curiosity and discovery.

  • Opportunities for teamwork, group games, and community projects that encourage collaboration and connection.

  • Each day ends with a reflection period where students discuss their experiences, share successes, and build friendships in a supportive environment.
